What we can guarantee is your satisfaction with our training. We give you 60-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on the products we sell, provided that you take action and attend sessions, perform the activity as mentioned in step-by-step Activity Guides and Apply for Job, so if you are not happy for any reason with the quality of our training, just ask for your money back. You should know that all products and services by our company are for educational and informational purposes only. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the Linux2Cloud Pvt. Ltd. Services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Linux2Cloud Pvt. Ltd may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.

Access to Previous Purchases

As an accommodation to you, subsequent to acquiring Linux2Cloud training, you may download previously acquired training (when available) onto any Associated Device. Some Linux2Cloud training or services that you previously acquired may not be available for subsequent download or access at any given time, and Linux2Cloud shall have no liability to you in such event. As you may not be able to subsequently download certain previously-acquired content or training, once you download an item, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.

Linux2Cloud reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) or remove access without notice to any previously purchased training or content that is no longer valid or deemed out of date.

Intellectual Property

You agree that the Linux2CLoud, including but not limited to Linux2Cloud products and services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates and the scripts and software used to implement Linux2Cloud Services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Linux2Cloud and/or its licensor’s, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the Linux2Cloud Services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Linux2Cloud Services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from Linux2Cloud. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Linux2Cloud Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Linux2Cloud brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.

Any other provision of this Agreement, Linux2Cloud and its licensor reserve the right to change suspend, remove, or disable access to any Linux2Cloud products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the Linux2Cloud brand at any time without notice. In no event will Linux2Cloud be liable for making these changes. Linux2Cloud may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Linux2Cloud services, in any case, and without notice or liability.

All copyrights in and to Linux2Cloud (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by Linux2Cloud and/or its licensor, who reserve all their rights in law and equity.

Linux2Cloud, the Linux2Cloud logo, other Linux2Cloud trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Linux2Cloud are trademarks or registered trademarks of Linux2Cloud India. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Linux2Cloud Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.

Content and Courseware

As a part of our Services offered through our Website, We shall grant you access to our content, courseware, practice tests, and other information, documents, and data which may be in audio, video, written, graphic, recorded, photographic, or any machine-readable format in relation to the specific certification training course You have registered for (“Content and Courseware”).

We reserve the right to amend, revise or update the Content and Courseware offered to You. In the event such an amendment, revision or updation occurs, We may require you pay an additional fee to access such amended, revised, or updated Content and Courseware.

Usage of Personal Information of Participants

On acceptance of Terms & Conditions by a user, the user gives his/her explicit permission to call or contact the user via SMS through any medium which Linux2Cloud deems fit. We reserve the right to feature your picture in any photos, videos, or other promotional material used by us. Further, we may use your personal information to inform you about other certification training courses offered by us. However, we shall not distribute or share Your personal information with any third party marketing database or disclose Your personal information to any third party except on a case-to-case basis after proper verification of such third party or if required under any applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Us, Our contractors, licensors, directors, officers, employees, and agents, harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including attorneys’ fees, arising out of Your unauthorized use of the Website, the Services, and the Content and Courseware or any violation or breach of this Agreement or any provisions hereof.

Waiver
